Breeding plans are a constant adjustment! I’ve realised traveling to Austria on a 2 week notice window – since bitches come into season when they come in! – makes it almost impossible to be able to use Chaplin. He was planned on Mojo but she came in a good 4 months earlier then expected so I’ve decided to import his semen! After long discussions with Fabienne we have agreed on trying it. It’s a huge process and super costly with the new Brexit requirements and everything but hey ho!

Cross your fingers we will have success with this process and after Eko didn’t like the stud dog on the mating we’ve tried on NY day we thought an AI will be best anyway.

So the semen will be collected and shipped the end of February so we are ready for Eko’s next season.
