Avonwolf Lush Kimmy has left the building! It was lovely having you around Agnes❤️ good luck with her.
Time to close the puppy diary – have a happy and healthy life everyone 🙌🏻

22-12-23
Kimmy’s mama has arrived, I think they like each other ❤

21-12-23
Another trip to the dog physio for some environmentals in a new area, second time for Kimmy and she’s teaching the little ones how to bite properly🙉🤣🤣🙊 – sorry Petra!!

20-12-23
Kimmy making an impression to Alex from the council breeding license 😁 good girl 👊🏻😂

18-12-23
Owners! You should all have emails about microchip and 5 weeks free insurance💪🏻👊🏻
17-12-23
Miss orange has been picked up today! Kimmy is by herself now until Agnes will pick her up for Hungary. She has joined the M‘s for bits here and there so it’s not so sudden of being alone 🥰

16-12-23
We‘re back at work…. The two girls are having a huge run to themselves now🤗

15-12-23
Another trip to Brum with the remaining 2 (and the M-litter), they’ve had a great bit of time in the unit around the motorbikes whilst we painted the front 🙂

14-12-23
8 weeks today!
People have been waiting for this day 😁 lots of pick ups and happy matched teams💪🏻
And then there were two….can’t help but think they’re happy about it😂

13-12-23
Pups came to ‘bite night’ with us, a small team – the Street Wolves – of us are meeting on Wednesday nights and do some real live scenarios in different locations. The pupsters enjoyed new environments and cuddles, it was too dark for photos… But another car journey 45 minutes each way.
11-12-23
Too muddy! Had to move the pen once again for the little 😈 and it’s feeding seperate time now too.

10-12-23
It’s been a VERY busy match making weekend :). Tons of visitors from far and wide came to see the L’s, some are staying in the area until pick up time since it’s such a long trip for them. I think some very nice teams have been created ❤

09-12-23
Busy day at the dog club with them, met loads of people and dogs – been a crazy day so forgot to take any pictures🙈….

7 weeks today!
Micro chipped today, 3rd worming completed, picks done, puppy boxes finished ✔️✔️✔️😊
Last week with the L‘s! They are ready… fighting, demolishing and causing chaos now😂

05-12-23
We’ve done a longer journey this time and drove to Birmingham 😁proper motorway journey – they are great travelers now! They’ve spent a day at Horton Motorcycles🏍️. Back home they’ve had more carcasses in the mud lol. In the evening I’ve had the dogs out and did some work in the house and I come back into the conservatory and Wicked has released the pups (!) and was happily laying in the dog bed playing with them🙈. She just bulldozed the pen open! Little sister in crime!!🤣
I have started they’re 3rd and last worming aaaand picks are done – phew that’s always pressure!😅

03-12-23
Another day at work and several puppy visitors came to see them. They are a lot less kind these days and hang off the hair and clothes of the brave visitors who decide to sit in with them – rather you then me🤣🤣

02-12-23
We‘re hammering these environmentals now💪🏻👊🏻
@work
01-12-23
Another busy and cold day! The L’s had some meat pieces again and now we can really see the possession come through, very important for me and picking to see click. Also Mojo is feeling loads better 🙂 They’ve had a lovley morning playing in the frosty grass click.
Then later in the afternoon I took them to the awesome Petra dog physio, just for another play and more environmentals.

30-11-23
More visitors today, daddy Finn’s owner came to see her ‘grand kids’ lol. We’ve done lots of testing today, two famous show judges have looked at their confirmation and structures (not because I wanted it, just because their friends of mine lol these show people can’t help themselves😂). Very positive feedback all round, I’m starting to get a rough idea of picks 😁 but want to wait a few more days and test the prey drive, they’re a little too young still.

29-11-23
More visitors and more cold weather 🥶 here they are coming back inside when it got dark at 5pm click
28-11-23
Been busy the last two days so not much to report apart from they’re little sh***s 😂 ungrateful little savages! I make they’re puppy run nice, clean and fresh, with water and plankets and everything and SECONDS when I put them back in they shreeded everything, water is gone everywhere, they rag the bedding together…. So yeah, be cold then🤷♀️. Mojo is back to normal now, so nice to see! She has started to throw her food up for them. A very natural trait once again, now she realised she definitely has no milk left she provides them with her food ❤️. Well I’m locking her away after her meals! Lots more visitors planned this week so it stays busy and then soon it’s time to start the picks!
26-11-23
More environmentals, more visitors and more car journeys- not a peep from anyone this morning!👌🏻 – and Mo is so bored without work she’s helping with the puzzle 😂

@work
25-11-23
Very VERY busy day for the pups. First journey in the van still in the dark, then on site with me at work in lots of different environments. Coldest temperatures for them -2!!🥶 and more visitors. Thanks for the pictures Tash😊 one of the girls will be going home with her soon.
I think they mastered everything very well!

24-11-23
Things are very good 🙂 all dogs are back together now, Mojo is feeling goood playing with Xia non stop and is definitely happy in herself again now click (I’m still sleeping on the couch keeping an eye on her). She even goes in to the pups and offers ‘milk’ non existent milk! Obviously I don’t let her and when I catch her she gets out immedietly but I think she likes the game…. Xia as always is wonderful! Yesterday I gave her a bone whilst letting her babysit – I take Mojo with me again, just so I can keep an eye on her to make sure she isn’t taking her pants off (wearing pants outside and in the car so she can’t get to the wound) – Xia took the bone off me, went straight into the puppy pen and sacrificed it to the pups ❤ Just like they’d be hers. And in the house she’s keeping Mo’s spirit up by playing with her – no other dog plays with Xia! She’s just to rough, even for Keith she’s too rough and dominant, but Mojo loves it click.
Pups are great, keep escaping lol suddenly one wonders around the garden 🤷♀️ First trip planned with them tomorrow.

23-11-23
5 weeks! Blimey where has the time gone?!!?
Lots is happening in the Avonwolf household! (I’m sure you can tell, Mojo is much better – therefore is my mood lol). Youngsters had visitors, gun desensitisation, chicken carcasses to chew on/ fight over…. See for yourself chicken challenge 🐔& gun🔫.
They’ve been out from 9am to 6pm today, as long as it’s dry I’m chucking them out 🙂 longer and longer and into the dark – tough warriors 💪🏻👊🏻
21-11-23
Mojo has improved loads❤️ I‘ve let her to the pups today for the first time since she’s back from the vets. She looked at me and I said ‚did I do an alright job?‘ she wagged her tail and happily walked away 🙌🏻. We‘re good 😊 and she’s been with the other 3 today in the garden as well with her little pants on (then she peed not caring about the pants🙄 but that’s another story)…
I’ve also fed duck to the pups for a few days now, nice fatty minced duck 🙂 so they are used to salmon, beef and duck so far. Good toilets so all agreeing fine with it🦆🦆🦆.

20-11-23
Great news!
Vets with mama Mo this morning and Liam was over the moon! He was pretty stunned when Moje pulled me into the practise with her little pants on lol like a steam train😂! He said to me ‘jesus on Wednesday I thought you might loose her! And today she is full of beans herself again!’. The wound is looking very good too so our shift work on 24/7 with her is paying off!! Me and Liam have agreed on leaving it open to close on it’s own, it has started to heal already and we don’t want to risk trapping anything again. So if we keep improving as we are atm we won’t be going back to the vets! Cross fingers and toes for us, we’ve got more antibiotics and Jacob and myself will keep making sure to do everything in our power to keep it clean and her as still as possible without her wanting to get suicidal :).

Pups were out all day as the weather was ok, here they are.
Also they are so used to dogs by now, the Dobe is running around them, Jacob’s 3 dogs in this video, whilst Foxy is just gobbing at them, no F’s given 🙂 click
19-11-23
I know you’re all desperate to see them, a little consolation, some individuals from today‘s wet Sunday:

18-11-23
Jacob has arrived, my other half, although he lives in Brum he’s now moved in for a while 🙂 It means 3 more dogs (that’ll bring it up to 16 if we include the pups lol! 14 Malis, his Rottweiler Chops and Luna my residential Dobe) but a lot more help. So one of us at all times sits with Mo and makes sure she’s not licking or stressing. Today she is LOADS better and that is amazing, however that also means she is bored now…. It’s a tough job to keep her quiet and laying down. The wound is looking loads better so I’m even cancelling the vet visit today and safe the travel just for them to go ‘yes looking good’. I’ll go in Monday and see what’s next, I’m thinking we can manage this without vets now.
Pupsters are great! Second worming is fully on the go, they are nice little fatties and have now accustomed to the new food regime and no more mum. Give it a few days and we’ll think of visits again once Mojo has a new and better routine… We could really do with dryer weather couldn’t we…

17-11-23
Right then update on the patient, today was difficult! Mojo is not liking that cone business, she’s going nuts when I’m not with her and of course that could damage the injury. I’m having a nightmare with rushing to sort all the other dogs without her going bananas. Took mine for a walk whilst I have her coned and caged in the living room, from watching the camera she’s just constantly banging it around and going in circles so I had to cancel the walk and call for help! My lovley friend Rosie is on route to sit with her so I can get on with my day (I know why I never wanted a baby lol). Once Rosie got here I could sort all my dogs out properly, puppies (which have been in the run all day since it was sunny), residential, do the shopping, have a shower….. I’m realising this ‘new normal’ has to improve…

16-11-23
Much better day 🙂
As daily I’m awaiting the call from the vet in the morning on how my girl is doing and today it sounds loads better! She’s up, she’s walking and she seems brighter by far. Not had a fever in 48 hours now, eating and drinking fine so we decide to reduce the pain killers and agree on watching her with oral pain killers rather then IV ones and see how she does until the evening. If she copes ok I pick her up if not I leave her another night.
I picked her up at 7.30pm 🙂 and she is crazy! She’s back!!! Nuts lol all over the shop with her massive cone, banging into everything and not care one bit…. It will be hard keeping her contained!! But I’m sleeping on the couch with her watching her and making sure she’s not moving around too much. Tough keeping her away from her kiddos as well… But she’s home ❤
She has a huge hohle in her back gland, that will need to be stitched up once all the sobbing is done, currently it’s still letting the infection out which is a very messy situation but a good one for getting out what shouldn’t be there – get ready for the graphic picture! Once everything is out in a week or so hopefully, we’ll have to put her under and stitch it up. Better get used to that cone baby girl….
I’d like to thank everyone for all the lovley messages and even gifts! It is all very much appreciated just not been feeling like talking or replying or anything, when a family member is down the world falls apart!

15-11-23
SHIT DAY!
Just crap, Mo is not doing well, her legs are struggling because of all the IV’s, she’s super lethargic. They are worried about pyometra so do a scan (I asked for bloods and a scan on Monday already but apparantly it wasn’t necessary!). I’m fuming because I’m terrifed, I’m a real pain in the ass for any vet, I’m aware, but I also know a thing or two and I’m not satisfied by these unexperienced vets who look 12 years old! I have a good vet in Bristol and I have a good vet in Cheltenham, 1 person! Not the whole practice so I’m always very perticular with what I’m after and who I want to see. I hate it when people have a day off lol because that scan would have been done Monday if my choice of vet would have been available! Anyway after a day of worry and a change of vets on my request the scan come back clear thank god! It’s just a huge infection which we’re worrying could spread and she’s really really having to fight. They’ve hit her with 3 times adult human dose (!!) of antibiotics!!
I’m in and out of tears, it’s just an awful day and then the pups are having runny poops. This is not like me at all but I had so much shit I was worried and took one to the vet just to make sure we’re not having more problems. Pup is absolutely fine, they are all eating well, it was just the abrupt change from mummy milk to solids and goats milk caused a bit of diarrhea.

14-11-23
I’ve not really got it in my to report…. Mojo is at the vets on a drip ;( After the vet trip yesterday I didn’t like how the evening went. She seemed worse, although less temperature she just didn’t feel right at all, didn’t eat or drink… Since no temperature I waited but I noticed some skin changes and bruises… At 4am Mojo comes into my bedroom and the wound burst open! I call the emercency vet but they calmed me down saying it’s good it’s opened so the infection can get out and to bring her in the morning. So she’s in for at least 24 hours on a drip with fluids and antibiotics, so I felt a little better, felt like there is light the end of the tunnel however the vet called me twice already saying it’s getting worse and she won’t leave the wound alone, no chance of putting anything on her she takes it off… Yep she is a determined little madame I KNOW but surly the night staff can make sure she dosen’t lick? Apparantly not and I’m meant to expect it to be a lot worse in the morning… I’m not happy, stressed as can be for days now. Sorry everyone, all visits this week cancelled, keep everyone posted. All dogs have a night in until I’ll kick them all out again tomorrow to give the patient the peace she needs and deserves. Puppies are fine, weather been awful so no outside run time…

13-11-23
Sooo not good… (pups are fine) Mojo wasn’t well yesterday morning, after being sick in the night and then had a temperature when I got up. She looked dehydrated and sore on her glands – a different one!!! The one I’ve been nursing and massaging was fine but now the big back ones started to get hard… Mastitis definitely…. I fed the pups and nurse Mo, it was raining so no going outside anyway. Mo didn’t want any food so all I gave her was Oralade. Then I went to the qualifier for one hour, did not feel good about being there, I literally watched the Avonwolf’s and shot back. The evening was spent switching between hot flanneling and Cabbage wrapping her underneath for 10 minutes (which she hated every second of it) then massaging everything to get it flowing (hated that even more) and then get one pup at the time on the problem nip (couldn’t hate that any more the poor girl…). The milk was fine just hard to get out. It’s been awful for her and I’m really struggling to watch her like this…
Then this morning her fever went up to 40.2 so VET time! My antibiotics are clearly not enough so she had a shot of it too and a shot for nausea and dehydration. Now we’re curing it out on the couch – other dogs outside again 😔. I’m full time feeding the pups now and I’m thinking of totally taking them off her now. I want my girl back! She’s suffering too much, I’m weaning them off completely.
On a brighter note I’v put the little’ns outside this morning when I went to the vet, I decided to leave them out even though knowing full well we have a storm today lol. Strong winds and tiny slight rains for short periods – sod it I thought lol I’m not raising little wimps 💪🏻. So the wind was flapping the tents and tunnels about over their heads (free environmentals! Dosen’t get any better!!) and they were sleeping 👌🏻😊 ACE. Great little warriors👊🏻

11-11-23
Mojo is much better today 🤩 looks like the antibiotics have kicked in👊🏻.
The glands seems to clear slowly and she has even initiated play with Keith😍.
After a very cold night (electric planket was back on for them) it was a beautiful sunny morning! I took the opportunity to put them outside right away. We‘ve had a wonderful morning all together outside. Look here
Then I got a cage delivered and of course they couldn’t resist to see the pups so the first socialisation has started already. Mo was accepting even though it’s a bit too early really. Give it a few more days and she’ll be more relaxed when people come round.
So they had Sushi for breakfast! Defrosted salmon for today and they loved it. Not because I’m very keen on the fish smell all over them (🤮) but because the vitamins in the salmon and the oil works wonders! That’s what my experience of 9 years breeding has told me, salmon to start with makes them super strong 💪🏻.

After our lovley morning in the garden I wanted to go to dog club for a while and planned on letting Mojo chill whilst I go with the other. However Mo had different plans… She made VERY clear that she wanted to come to club too… So change of plan I left Xia with the pups, the super nanny instead of MUM was more then pleased to babysit!… lol
So I did obedience with her and a nice long search, we were gone for a good 4 hours. I was rushing back thinking she’s desperate to see them – nope! I fed them another salmon meal and now Mojo is passed out next to me with all of us on the couch :). It did the trick! Working dogs for you, half of her not feeling well was post natal depression I think, the other half the infection. But being depressed from not working is just as bad for a working dog. Well she’s back and with me doing 50% of her work and let her work again 50% of the time I think we got the dose just right for her to be happy. (Also I took her as I know damn well she has to babysit tomorrow when I go to the qualifier lol. The 4 Avonwolf’s entered have absolutley smashed the tracking today!!)
10-11-23
Soooo today didn’t go as planned! I woke up and that one gland is much harder again… So I have put her on antibiotics straight away! These antibiotics are ok for nursing bitches so no worries there, I’m spending time on the gland again trying to milk some off. Mojo is clearly not well still, I decided to start the weaning, selfishly I wanted to wait until Monday because I’d really like to go and watch the FMBB qualifier competition Sunday🙈…. Several Avonwolf’s entered and I was hoping Mo would take the babysitt role.. Hmm if I feed them first thing in the morning she might kindly take the afternoon shift over so I can go for a little bit. Since I hadn’t planned it I haven’t got any defrosted salmon so I’m giving them the beef I’ve had defrosted for the others. First meal went really well (some better then others isn’t that right miss Pink🤣) see for yourself click. She happily topped them up afterwards (again click). Also it was actually SUNNY would you believe it lol, so I have put them outside, I was only going to put them out for the feeding and the cleaning of their inside pen but they seemed to get on well so I left them and took the others for a walk. I was a bit panicky because of that one big fat cloud… So I was rushing back but the sun was still out so I’ve decided to upgrade the run. They did so well I will put them out from now on. So important for them the vitamin D.

09-11-23
Check this out, how cute is Wicked with the pups?!!? click
So today Mo wasn’t too well…. She was super grumpy with the others and seemed very off. Couldn’t figuring out what was up at first and then checked her milk and there it was, the start of mastitis…. Spent about an hour with flannels and a hot water bottle massaging her milk glands until it started flowing again. Drained the yellow milk which was trapped until the white fresh came through. She felt loads better after that and spent the whole afternoon with the pups. She’s not done that since they were born!! She literally passed out in there and they were crawling over her face and everything and she didn’t move. Also started eating again after she was so unwell in the morning so fingers crossed we don’t need antibiotics. I’d rather not of course but if it happens again I will put her on them and probably start the weaning. For now though we got it under control, the others are not allowed in tonight to give her peace… Pack life! One for all and all for one :).
08-11-23
First worming course finished – I’m in the bad books now – and the sleeping in the slightly colder temperatures is going great too. Soon they can go outside. I’ve parked them in the kennel whilst cleaning and disinfected their area, all good environmental for them.
Here they are click

07-11-23
First night in the conservatory went really well. I did give them an electric planked under the vet bed too. It was a cold night! I will be fading that out by lowering the temperature more and more. Worming paste has started yesterday too and needs to be done a few days in a row so they’re not enjoying that and are crossed with me currently. Sorry guys!
Mama Mo is eating for England! Everything seems to go straight into milk, great for the pups but soon I’d like her to put some on for herself again as well…. Usually I start weaning off at three weeks but at this rate I’m happily taking Mojo’s care longer. We’ll see how she feels like, as long as she’s happy to fully feed I am :).

06-11-23
I’ve got my front door back yay! lol
The pupsters have moved into the conservatory, first litter in the new house so working it out as I go. The decision is made now and I’m really happy with it, wasn’t sure how and where I’ll have them as of the new lay out. The hall way where they were since birth (only room that fitted the whelping box and does NOT have carpet lol). The conservatory is perfect because it’s busy! Me and the dogs are in and out of there, they can feel the sun when it’s out and can really hear the rain hammer on the roof most days atm. It has a heater in there and the dog flap is loud and my dogs are in and out. Right next to the kitchen so radio is on all the time, hoover and all sorts – good place! Also have they got a little run right outside for a nice sunny day soon hopefully. Mojo approved :).

05-11-23
All good in the hood!
Not much to report they are growing very nicely, last night a few fireworks were going off, good training for them. They now walk and talk and sniff and everything :). My social media presence has gone right down, apologies for that but I really had enough… Whenever I post something about the pups I get dozens of messages that read like this: ‘HM’ (took me a while to figuer out what that meant! I thought they meant HMP and I’m thinking they want a prison dog🤦🏼♀️ gosh what am I like…..) or ‘how much for male’ or ‘how much pink collar’🤬. I just can’t deal with it, makes me absolutely fuming. Same as the whole ‘can I have the one with the white foot’ and the whole colour thing. There is SO MUCH MORE to working dogs then colour. So I’m thinking of coming away from FB completely maybe but for now definitely no puppy posts. Sad!
Anyway the little guineas are doing great and I’m already planning on extending their run soon and moving them. Weather has been really sh**ty so no outdoors planned for them for the time being.

03-11-23
Gobsmacked is the word lol the puppies are 2 weeks old and I have all the papers already 😳. Pleased about this new record time from the KC.

02-11-23
2 weeks today!
Time for the big pup collars 🙂 they’re wearing the bigger collars now, white girl is now light pink and yellow has changed the collar (didn’t have a yellow) so have a look here to see her new collar.

And here a little clip from them last night click

01-11-23
November and the little ones are almost 2 weeks old already 😱.
Mojo’s daily meal plan:
3 meals of 1.5kg of meat each with some Acana kibble sprinkled over it (bit of carbs does her the world of good right now). Then I add a squirt of Collo Cal D in just to support her calcium levels. Then she gets snacks and bones and also an egg crushed with shell mixed with some yogurt 🙈that on its own is a job😂.
Me and Xia worked a Halloween club night last night. Whilst we were keeping unruly visitors at bay IN THE RAIN until 4am I‘ve regularly checked the camera where Keith (he has a broken nail so on rest) and Mojo were living the high life 🤣.

31-10-23
Blinking for Halloween 🎃🎃🎃
Eyes have started to open 👀 weights are all over 1kg now, girls are bigger then the boys.
I did some training with mama Mo last night, some scent and a little bit of bitework and that worked wonders! She was finally fully satisfied again and therefore also accepted Xia near her pups and we all enjoyed a lovely evening in front of the tv together 😁
Here are the little blinkers individually:

30-10-23
Mojo is booored! As much as she loves her mum role she can’t stand it when I leave with the others and leave her behind…. I’m giving lessons and stuff so she’s alone 4-5 hours a day. I left Keith with her today (he’s injured) that seemed to help a little. However when I got back I needed to take her out to blast some steam! So I did and left Xia in charge of Nanny duties 🥰. She absolutely loves it and was over the moon to finally meet them properly ❤️ Pack life – best life!!
See for yourself click
29-10-23
Mojo’s dad has become Belgian ring cat2 champion today!!! 💪🏻🏆🥇
28-10-23
So they are getting bigger and the bed is staying the same size lol. I had to destroy Mojo’s hard worked on nest… Sorry Mojipoce, she might get a little moody about it later when I’m at the dog club with the others. Had a good clean whilst she helpfully fed them in the living room, they all fell asleep in there and seemed to enjoy the sunshine through the window so I just left them in there most of the morning lol. I’m really happy with everything, they are fattning up nicely, Mo has a good amount of milk. I had a good feel last night making sure no mastitis is building. All looking good, not long until the first blinks should start. Ordering wormers now, this will be coming up next week as well.
Last night I’ve had all the adults in the living room with me, I have to be careful as Mojo is super protective of them and Xia is dying to go and see them and smother them lol. So yeah, the bitches aren’t the best of friends right now… It’s a bit tricky to keep them all happy, everyone wants to be next to me but I got to watch them not eyeballing each other… Not much longer now and a bit more normality will kick in.

27-10-23
Little fatties! Half of them have reached the 1kg mark already, that’s early!! Mojo is clearly having lots of good milk. I do feed her about 3kg of meat a day and some supplements, she’s feeling good and keeps being a perfect mama. Starting to have longer breaks, I will start taking her out with the others again soon.
Pedigree names, chosen by their new owners, have been accepted. Only two needed changing so here they are and I absolutely love them 🙂

25-10-23
Things are going well, all pups have pretty much doubled their weights now since birth. Mojo is amazing as always, she’s having some more breaks now. I even took her for a little quick run on my scooter today, I noticed she’s getting a bit restless and bored so we did a very short blast. She was so happy after and happily started feeding them again and having a snooze :). She also wakes me up about three times a night now just for a roll around on the bed lool she runs into my room and is like ‘I’m on a breeeaaaaaakkk’ and I’m like thanks I’m trying to sleep here!
Kennel Club registrations are already done! Everyone was rapid with choosing their kennel names – ok I know some of you have waited a VERY long time for this puppy 🙂 – and let me tell you the chosen names are AWESOME! I literally love all of them, very well picked guys! Let’s hope they all get accepted. I will reveal once they have 🙂

22-10-23
3rd day and everyone is doing great! They’re putting on weight nicely and I think they are through the critical stage now. Mojo is an excellent mum! She is so protective of them I’m not having any other dogs in the house atm and she never leaves them for longer than a minute! That much that today was the first time I could quickly weigh them whilst having her locked out. I checked them all for dew claws, we have none, great stuff. I also put the velcro collars on now, I can’t stand those string ones but I’ve forgotten to order the velcro ones in time…. The velcro ones just pop off if they get too tight, those string ones would strangle them (not that anyone wouldn’t check them daily but still, I do not recommend them).
So I have some happy owners to inform 🙂 some people have waited a veeeery long time for one of these little beauties.

Mama Mo looking fabulous 3 days after giving birth to 9 fatties❤️

ALL PUPPIES ARE RESERVED
20-10-23
Good morning! And it certainly is 🙂 🙂
There is another girl in the box this morning!! The still born late last night must have obviously hold her up, so during the night Mojo gave birth to another healthy and big female pup!!! What a girl she is! I’m giving this female the white collar and we are now over the moon with 3 healthy boys and 5 strong females ❤ ❤ ❤ .

19-10-23
Day 61/63
Mojo woke me up regularly last night, being very unsettled, uncomfortable and in pain but not quite in contractions yet. I have comforted her all night and in the morning she first didn’t want to eat and just wanted to work on her dent. Covered in mud and a raw and bloody nose from her heavy labour job she was ready to come back inside…
Later she decided to eat so I thought we have a bit of time. We then started arguing over where to have them…. just like the 1st time lol. I know the whelping box is her very last choice, she tries with everything to have them anywhere but there! She wants them in her mud dent…. not happening Mo! Second choice is always my bed but thank you, no thank you I do not want a blood bath in my bed… I kept going in the whelping box with her and we spend some time in there, however if I for any second leave she’d get out. Jumping the gate in the middle of full heavy labour… aaaannnddd then I found her breakfast thrown up on the carpet in the living room…. no idea when that happened, it looked like pretty soon after inhaling it… Nice! So I’m scrubbing and she’s trying to escape the box until we both decide to stop everything and focus – then there he was ❤ at 11.39 red boy with a whopping 420grams. And so it started…. Mo is a little overwhelmed by the noise and everything. I’m letting her settle alone a bit whilst she’s circling around him trying to keep him warm without stepping on him. Bit stressful for her but then blue boy soon after arrives at 12.05 with 410g and things calm down a little. She needs little help with getting them out since yes they are heavy! This explains her BIG belly of course :). Number 3 arrived at 12.36 and the moment she comes on air I knew it’s a girl because unlike the other two she SCREAMS lol. Princess in pink weighs 420g as well. Purple girl arrives at 12.59 (I’m liking this rapid speed of throw out!), Mojo is a little exhausted and welcomes my help with rubbing her clean and getting her fully lively. Miss purple is wearing a white sock on her front right – too cute! – her weight is 440g. These are strong puppies, I’m so very pleased!! 13.26 green boy arrives with 430g and now Mo is a pro, she naps in between cool as always my little superstar! Orange female arrives at 14.12 with 390g absolutely without needing my help at all, at this point I’m just a designated cleaner :).
I’m so pleased, she’s out! Miss yellow put a bit of a show on, we’ve had a long break, Mojo is shattered understandably. After a lot of pushing and no success I started helping a bit and finally she’s appeared at 16.35 and weighs a whopping 460g. No wonder she needed a bit of help the little fatty. We are over the moon now with 7 healthy pups and a very exhausted but happy Mojo ❤ .
About 11pm I’m about to go to bed, I’m trying to get Mojo out for a wee but she dosen’t want to leave them. Tried to feel her to make sure she’s definitely finished so I’m feeling her up in the whelping box. When I do that and press her stomach and belly to make sure everything is out she starts contracting again, with no luck. Now I’m thinking there is still something in there so we’re both working on it, I go in with my fingers to feel and I can feel a tail…. I instantly know there must be a still born in there, no sack to feel and tail first… I’m now pulling trying to get it out and there she is… A skinny female, no sack and no life ;( . Very sad but these things happen…. I’m burying her in the garden and have a gin….
I’m glad I was there because Mojo freaked out a bit, so did I a little but I’m very glad she’s out and Mojo is fine. The placenta came out too so we should be good.
Bitter sweet…. I’m happy Mojo and the 7 dwarfs are doing great 🙂

Day 60/63
She has become a very picky eater, she’s working on her dent in the garden like last time…. I’ve had the others in kennels all evening to give her peace, she has reached the first stages of labour this evening. This phase can take more then 24 hours in some cases so I’m cancelling my lesson schedule for tomorrow and start getting ready because they are on route :). She is very restless and checks in with me every few minutes. We’re getting ready! Common L’s🥰

Day 58/63
Mojo is feeling it now…. she’s following every step I do. I can not leave her behind, I mean that dog can not be locked up!! She opens every door gets over or under any gate… She wants to be with me at all times now, she sleeps in my bed 🙊 … We’re getting ready! Whelping box is ready and ideally I leave her at home now but she’s not having any of it and still wants to come on walks and everywhere else🤷♀️
She isn’t eating properly anymore – no room! – she buries it again like she did last time when she was getting ready. A very wild child 🙂

Day 56/63
Mojo is getting to Hippo size🙊 she’s feeling good though, bump is nicley growing (massively!). Last 7 days to go – exciting- I think she can’t wait for throw out day!!

47/63
Waiting for these puppies like….
Mojo is bored lol we’re at work and I make her rest whilst Keith and Xia are patrolling. A nice comfy bed and a double cage for her comfort but still, she dosen’t like it and is already waiting for her return to work 🤣.
This is our last week of work, couple more shifts and we’re all on maternity leave 😊. The last two weeks of pregnancy I’ll stay home and get the whelping room ready and make sure Mojo has peace and is getting ready.

These pictures really don’t do her justice on how big she is🙊🙃 I got a feeling there are a few more in there unless they’re all really big. 3 weeks until we find out🥳.

Day 36/63
Loosing her tuck and definitely taking it a bit more steady these days (unless it’s a rabbit of course….).
Mojo is looking very pregnant to me now, putting on weight steadily. I’m feeding her raspberry leaves as well like to all my pregnant girls in preparation of birth. Exciting times!

She is pregnant!!! Scan today showed all is well and some healthy looking, not too many, sacks to see. We saw 5 ish so plus minus, you never really know lol.
So pleased she took and now we finally can get excited about the L-litter 🙂
She has been a total drama latley so I was convinced she took, but after Xia’s phantom I wanted to be sure right away. She has been snappy towards Xia and the puppy when she initially instigated play but then suddenly come over protective over her belly. So yes she told me about a week ago 🙂

12-09-23
Cool as a cucumber Mama to be has just quickly passed her Victim Recovery test on water PREGNANT (I bloody know she is she told me). On the boat in Llyn Geirionydd (Penmaenmawr).
🙂 Love her so much! Only managed to get a pic of Wicked on the boat as I was working Mojo and didn’t think of photos lol.

Second mating today, massive thanks to Waterloo kennels for allowing me to ‘borrow’ Finn whilst Jackie is on holiday. Thanks to Liz (who usually don’t even allow entire males at her kennels….) and Fran who assisted me with holding Finn 🙂 Hugley appreciate you letting me visit whilst Finn is in your care.
Keith is having a very hard time atm, he’s been whinging for 2 days now an had to sleep in the van away from her… Poor boy!

19-08-2023
We’ve had to leave our VR course early to rush home to see Finn! Mojo today (in full blown season!) has passed her Riverbank assessment! So proud of her!! So from Rosneigr to Finn is only just short of 4 hours lol thanks Dave for letting us finish our assessment early ha! Never a dull moment with us 🙂

Totally worth it and Mojo’s reward was a great date with Finn this evening :). They got on lovely them two and had a nice tie. Finn did a great job for a first time stud.
Now we cross our fingers!

10-08-2023
Mojo has started her season!! I will plan her date with Finn 🙂
The L-litter is planned for autumn 2023.
Mojo (Trixy vam het Dreiland) with Finn (Avonwolf Finnbar).
I believe they compliment each other perfectly, both friendly dogs, one a bit crazier then the other :).
Where Mo is pretty frantic and in enormous drive, Finn adds a real nice calmness with super grips and steadiness, he’s a large powerful dog but easy to handle where Mo is the perfect opposite.
Both dogs are friendly with people and dogs, very confident dogs in all situations.
These pups should excel in Sport as well as serious work environments.
Pups will be free of SDCA 1&2
